This isn’t a rigid coaching programme or a one-size-fits-all approach.

How it works
Support is booked in flexible 6-hour blocks and used across an ongoing monthly basis.
Most clients check in monthly (or fortnightly during busier periods) so we can build momentum, create straightforward next steps and continue moving things forward together.
Sessions can be online or in person depending on location.
Light-touch WhatsApp or email support between sessions is also included for questions, updates and accountability check-ins during office hours.
