Working Your Way

Consistent, practical support for creative and neurodivergent ways of working

Doing your own thing can feel messy, exhausting, and, let’s be honest, a bit lonely -especially when your brain doesn’t quite fit the “standard advice” out there.

Working Your Way is a small, supportive space where you can stay consistent, actually make progress, and get practical guidance — without the hustle, the overwhelm, or all the “shoulds” you’re used to.

Doors open 26th Jan

The Membership

  • Two calls a month: one to check in, chat through your wins and wobbles, and get guidance; the other either for body doubling or a focused strategy session.

  • Your questions, my expertise: marketing, business decisions, and practical advice from someone who’s been in your shoes.

  • Support that actually lands: get encouragement and accountability in a small, friendly group where your brain is understood.

  • A rhythm you can stick with: consistent sessions to help you keep moving forward without burnout.

Small group. Twice a month. Gentle accountability. Real progress.

Who It’s For

This isn’t “business for everyone.” It’s for people who:

  • think differently

  • want consistency without pressure

  • are creative, thoughtful, and neurodivergent

  • want practical guidance alongside encouragement

You might already have a coach or mentor, and that’s totally fine — this is about a different perspective, steady support, and someone who really gets your brain.

Commitment and Pricing

  • Membership costs £25 per month

  • Minimum 3-month commitment, then rolling monthly

  • Maximum 8–10 members to keep the group small, personal, and focused

    Why three months?
Because one month is usually just about finding your feet. It takes a little time to settle into the rhythm, get to know the group, and actually feel the benefit of consistent support.

The three-month commitment helps keep the space stable and supportive — for you and for everyone else — and means we’re not constantly resetting or starting from scratch.

After that, you’re free to stay for as long as it’s useful, or step away when it’s not. No pressure, no awkwardness.

Why Join Now?

This is a small group, by design. Keeping it to 8–10 people means there’s time for everyone, and the space stays familiar and supportive.

If you’re craving a bit more structure, someone to talk things through with, and a regular rhythm that actually works with your brain, this might be the right moment to join.

Doors open at the end of January and once the group is full, that’s it for now.

If it feels like something you’d genuinely use and benefit from, you’re very welcome.
